Hi, I’m Audra, I’m a passionate independent licensed /Esthetician & owner of complexions esthetics LLC in the Ocean County NJ area. I am Located @ Sola Salons in the Forked River location. 410 South Main Street 08731 Suite 13. In the back of sola salons. We are in the Applebee’s and next to Retro Fitness shopping center. We do have a call box outside on the right of the doors . If the doors are locked don’t panic. We are here just call me on my cell 609-848-3263 or use the call box. Just find the name Audra or William Press the button and we will unblock the door for you. But mainly we try to meet you upfront if we are not with a client. Sundays the doors do stay locked and weekly at night past 6pm. (We will meet you up front if you have an appointment or we can buzz you in at the call box located on the right of the doors) Audra’s info: I been in the beauty industry over 25 yrs plus. I use to be a stylist and makeup artist for many years. I needed a change for myself when I moved to NJ yrs ago and then I decided to change my career to esthetics. Which I truly love! So very happy I made the move. I been coming down here to the shore for over 25 years. I’m Originally from New York & now living here for the past 15 years.I love being down here by the shore it’s so beautiful.Having my own business & this amazing opportunity is a blessing. I’m truly grateful every day that I can be here working in this community. I have multiple certifications in my esthetics career including: The new Japanese head spa services using the Malibu c scalp care system that is amazing for all scalp care. This service everyone has been enjoying and it is very relaxing if you feel stress in your life. A great service to unwind your mind body & spirit. Im introducing hydro facials again soon & bookings will be up & running soon. if you want flawless fabulous skin they are great for all skin types with no down time and no skin irritations . Im also Oncology certified for gentle facials for my cancer warriors. You are able to get facials as long as your dr says it’s ok. I do use safe oncology gentle skin care for all my oncology facials. I decided to join Sola Salons because it was the best opportunity for me to achieve my goals as an esthetician & have a business in the community which I do reside in. My experience in the industry is why I opened my own business. I got tired & burnt out of everywhere I worked and it wasn’t fun at times. I worked in many high end hotels down here and I knew I needed a change. So here I am. I also worked in the hotel Lbi lighthouse beauty spa until Covid hit. Some people do remember me from there. Unfortunately Covid changed everything. Everything happens for a reason I believe. I never would have thought I’d be on my own one day. Happy I am! I love it here at Sola Salons & I love going my own thing. I feel estheticians come and go in this industry and we are a dime a dozen but I truly love what I do and I’m very passionate and picky when it comes to my work. I feel I’m not like anyone else in the industry and my love and passion for it truly shows from what my clients tell me. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my craft. Is that a bad thing? lol Everyone loves my magic hands as they call them . lol I feel if you do not love what you do clients will feel your horrible energy & you will not have a good experience with a facials or any services we offer here. Anyone can do it but is it the right person doing it? So come try my services and see for yourself. You will definitely feel relaxed & rejuvenated. Don’t forget men love spa services. That’s what I accomplished in my years of studying hard to do my best as an esthetician. It’s my passion! And William my massage therapist feels the same way. He truly loves what he does also.That’s why he’s here with me. We have worked together over 15 years already & friends for over 20 years. I love his energy and his positive attitude ! I call him Mr fantastic . lol William the massage therapist also is a master in his field. He gives his 100 % to make sure you experience the best massage that’s why I chose him to work with me. Give him a try! You won’t regret it. For late night appointments with William I do stay here in the building so no one feels uncomfortable during late hours when it’s quite in here. Especially the ladies. We give our 100 % to each and every client with any services we both provide. My facial services & head spa services include relaxing scalp neck and facial massage are not just boring and truthfully you’ll get what you pay for. You will leave happy and relaxed and have great skin! I go above and beyond with all my services. I love to make people happy about their services and I love that you will walk out feeling happy. Any issues or concerns before we start any services please let your provider know & we will accommodate you the best way we can. Any ladies that get Botox or fillers you can do services we just ask that you wait about a week for that to settle. Especially if you’re requesting a hydro facial. Any surgeries you must get clearance from your dr before you begin facials or any massages. This is for your safety & well being. We don’t want you to hurt or be in any kind of pain while you’re here. Any open wounds on face or body we cannot do services until you heal. Even open acne pustule wounds. Pre natal massages with William you must be passed 13 weeks of pregnancy to get a massage. Being here a year and a half already I have met so many wonderful people who enjoy my services and love coming to my studio to work daily. We’re open 7 days a week right now. Please arrive 10 -15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself to get undressed and fill out any forms if needed or use the bathroom. You may have questions before your services also . We want to make sure you get your full service you paid for so we ask please be on time I know the traffic here has been crazy at times just leave bit earlier so you can be on time. I do send out text with my location in case you don’t know where sola salon is. Studio policy: You will be charged 100% fee for a no show / or no call appointment. Please reach out if you have any issues or problems with your appointment. We give plenty of time before your appointment to reschedule or change appointment times. There is a 50% charge the day of your appointment if you cancel . I try my best to accommodate everyone but sometimes people just don’t show or call & I have to enforce these rules at times because it interferes with bookings and times other clients may wanted to book that spot you didn’t show up for . Just please keep communication open so there are no misunderstanding. People may get upset they were charged when not showing or or no calls. It is stated here that these are the rules & it sux I know at times . Just communicate with us & I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. If you are running late the day of your appointment by 15 minutes or longer we may need to reschedule your appointment because it can interfere with the next client time that they have booked. You will not get your full hour booked If you choose to keep your appointment. If we need to rebook there is a $50 fee due to lateness. Sometimes you may get lucky and we can accommodate and still take you but depending on the next client coming. So please don’t be mad if we cannot accommodate you or have to cut your service by how long you were late. We work on the hour. We finish on the hour. The traffic here lately daily has been an issue. Please leave earlier than expected to get here on time during the week. Weekend traffic is a nightmare ! Please leave lot earlier. We do understand if you have an emergency the day of your appointment or you may have had a death in the family or something else and you may need to cancel. Understandable. Client Communication is key. If you cancel within 24 hour notice we can reschedule you with NO FEE charged. Thank you for calling we appreciate it! We do confirm appointments the week of by text and emails. Just please check them. I understand things can happen & you may need to cancel the day of. Please just communicate with me so there’s no misunderstandings. No refunds on any services that were provided by any service provider. Please do not cancel your appointments over emails or on social media on the same day as your appointment. I cannot see them right away or have time to check them throughout my day if I’m busy. They are meant to be used for your full service that you paid for. Gratuities can be accepted through all forms of payment but cash is always welcomed. Credit cards do have a fee when used. Deposits are taken online with gloss genius with a credit to hold your appointment. You can use the same card to check out after your services as well. If you need to change it that’s ok we can. Gratuities can also be put on your CC if you choose & your service provider will get them once your payment clears through my booking app. Gratuities can also be accepted in Cash , Apple Pay,Zelle, Venmo or cash app. You can also pay your full services with these payment apps as well if you choose. All cash is greatly appreciated also. We now also offer buy now pay later options on my gloss booking app which is a great feature if you need to use that option.
