Hi, I’m Audra, a licensed esthetician and owner of Complexions Esthetics LLC in Forked River, NJ. With over 25 years in the beauty industry, my passion is helping clients feel confident, relaxed, and renewed through personalized skin and wellness treatments. From customized luxury facials and amazing Japanese scalp spa services to body treatments and bridal glow prep, every service is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs. CANCELLATION POLICY
Complexions Esthetics charges a 50 % service fee if you cancel your appointment on the same day with any provider. It will be deducted from the service you had booked. We will reschedule your appointment when it’s a better time for you. We understand emergencies can happen please just communicate with us. Please text or call Audra 609-848-3263 Please do not leave emails or social media messages to cancel your appointments. I cannot see them right away if we are busy in the studio with clients. Text is quicker or a phone call. Thank you. A No show appointment unfortunately will be charged at 100%. You will loose your whole service that you had booked. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. My Gloss genius app does send reminders for all appointments ahead of time. No show appointments are a loss of wages unfortunately for any service provider. We are here to help you anyway we can & we also can accommodate you in anyway we can. Trust me i do not like to keep anyones money & i do not like to cause any one to feel uncomfortable and cause any misunderstandings. So lets try to be on the same page :) I appreciate that & it will keep a great business relationship. I still have to pay service providers for the scheduled time that you had booked with them. I ask you to not forget appointment & to respect our time & other clients time who wait to be booked. Thank you for understanding. There is NO charge for any Cancellations made within the 36 hour time frame. You have 3 days before your appointment to cancel if needed. my gloss app sends out your reminders a week ahead if time and then again the week of your appointment. We will have no problem accommodating you when its best fits your schedule. Make sure you check your emails and texts for your confirmation for your appointment. If the system has any wrong information it’s what you put in when you booked your appointment. If you need to update it please let Audra know so we can put the correct information in our system. Just please contact me as soon as possible to let me know & this way i can help you reschedule with me or William The deposit you paid will be held to choose your next appointment date when you are ready. William is an amazing massage therapist and has over 10 years experience. He specializes in Swedish massage, sports stretching therapy, pre natal ,1 to4 hr massages, deep tissue reflexology, lymphatic massage ,sinus massages & more. If you have extra pain try cbd oil to add on with your massage or add cupping experience. Cbd will help relieve that muscle soreness & inflammation you may feel. It will also help you with more mobility. Any questions you may have you can address them with William at the time of your massage appointment. Enjoy your massage!
