Hi, I’m Audra, I’m a passionate independent licensed esthetician in the Ocean County NJ area. I have multiple certifications in my esthetics career including: The new Japanese head spa services using the Malibu c scalp care system. Microdermabrasions, chemical peels, derma-plane & more. I’m also Oncology certified for gentle facials for my cancer warriors. I decided to join Sola Salons because it was the best opportunity for me to achieve my goals as an esthetician & have a business in the community which I do reside in. Supporting small businesses in this economy is greatly appreciated by all! Thank you for your business. I’m located at 410 South Main Street in Forked River. Suite # 5 (Sola Salons building Next to planet fitness) 609-848-3263 is my cell number (Audra) if you need help with bookings or any service information. Please arrive 10 -15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself to get undressed and fill out any forms if needed or you may have questions before your services. We want to make sure you get your full service you paid for so we ask please be on time. This is important for the next client waiting for their appointment they booked for. We cannot make up extra time if you’re running late . It’s not fair to the next client. If you are more that 15-20 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and also you will have to pay for the full service you showed up late for. This also depends on the next clients booking time. We can make time up sometimes or we may not. It depends on your provider. Please plan out your day before your appointment on our location this way you don’t get lost the day of your service. I do send out text with a location . Sorry about that but we do confirm in plenty days before for your appointment . So please be on time. Thank you . I do not like to charge extra or take extra deposits or full service payments if your late. We are here on time for you so please on time for us. Thank you for understanding. Studio policy: You will be charged 100% for a no show /no call appointment. Please reach out if you have any issues or problems with your appointment. We give plenty of time before your appointment to reschedule or change appointment times. Sometimes it’s hard the day of your appointment to rearrange a different time . It can also interfere with other clients time that they have booked. Sometimes you may get lucky and we can accommodate . But sometimes we cannot. So please don’t be mad if we cannot at the last minute. We do understand if you have an emergency the day of your appointment or you may have had a death in the family and need to cancel. Understandable. Client Communication is key. If you cancel within 24 hour notice or the day of you can be charged 50% of your service. We do confirm appointments the week of by text and emails. I understand things can happen & you may need to cancel the day of. Please just text me & we can figure out & accommodate you any way I can. Please just communicate with me so there’s no misunderstandings. No refunds on any services that were provided by any service provider. Please do not cancel your appointments over emails on the same day as your appointment. I cannot see emails right away or have time to check them throughout my day if I’m busy. Once you’re in the studio I want your mind and body to relax so you can unwind and drift away during your service so please SILENCE your phone so you can enjoy your time scheduled. Payments: You Cannot use gift cards to pay for gratuities. They are meant to be used for your full service that you paid for. Gratuities can be accepted through all forms of payment but cash is always welcomed. Credit cards when deposits are taken online with gloss genius a credit card fee is charged & when checking out for services using a credit card there are also fees. Gratuities can also be put on your CC if you choose & your service provider will get them once your payment clears through my booking app. Gratuities can also be accepted in Cash , Apple Pay,Zelle, Venmo or cash app. You can also pay your full services with these payment apps as well if you choose. All cash is greatly appreciated also. All Credit cards have a Fee when you pay through gloss genius. I’m sorry about this it’s terrible that credit card companies do this to small business owners.
