If you have any questions about services let me know. Any ladies planning on getting Botox or fillers Please get your fillers after your spa services or 7-10 days before. Do not book an appointment if your planning those services I know sometimes we forget just check your schedule and plan properly. Any surgeries you must get clearance from your Dr. before you begin any facials or any massages. This is for your safety & your well being. We don’t want you to hurt or be in any kind of pain while you’re here. Any open wounds on face or body we cannot do services until you heal including any kinds of Rashes etc. Even open acne pustule wounds bleed & can be painful to the touch with acne clients. When booking a Pre natal massage you must be passed the 13 weeks of pregnancy to get a massage with William. Please arrive 10 -15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself to get undressed and fill out any forms if needed or use the bathroom. You may also have questions before your services. We want to make sure you get your full service you paid for so we ask please be on time. I know the traffic here has been crazy at times all year around especially on route 9 south & north. Leave a bit earlier so you can be on time. I do send out text with my location in case you don’t know where sola salon is the week of your appointment. Studio policy: You will be charged 100% fee for a no show or no call appointment. Please reach out if you have any issues or problems with your appointment. We give you 36 hrs ahead of time to reschedule your appointment or change the day & time. If you choose to cancel your appointment the same day and not reschedule it’s considered a no show because it was your day that you had scheduled. There is a 100 % charge for your cancellation. You can book a new appointment with a new deposit with a new day and time . We do understand if you have an emergency the day of your appointment or you may have had a death or emergency. We understand major emergencies & we will accommodate your appointment when you’re ready. Client Communication is key. Please do not cancel your appointments over emails or on my social media accounts on the same day as your appointment. I cannot see them right away or have time to check them throughout my day if I’m busy. Texting me is better I can get it asap. Complexion Esthetics charges a 100 % service charge if you cancel your appointment on the same day / or a no call or no show appointment the day of your service. NO charge for Cancellations within the 36 hour time frame. We do confirm all appointments through the gloss genius app a week ahead of time for all appointment reminders. The confirmation is sent by a text plus your email that you put in the system when you booked. William is an amazing massage therapist and has over 10 years experience. He specializes in Swedish massage, sports stretching therapy, pre natal ,1 to4 hr massages, deep tissue reflexology, lymphatic massage ,sinus massages & more. If you have extra pain try cbd oils add ons with your massage or add cupping. It will help relieve that muscle soreness & inflammation you may feel. It will also help you with more mobility.
