CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take the time to thoroughly read our policy guidelines & phone disturbances . Please arrive 10 minutes to fill out intake forms if any and to prepare for your service plus you may also have questions. Please don’t be late it can interfere with your time of service & the next guests service. We would love to give you your whole time for services so please be on time. If you are 10-15 min late we will still give you your service but know it may be cut 10-15 short also. We will try our best to make everyone happy. Thank you We have a no phone policy inside the suite meaning that your phone must be on silent or shut off while in the treatment room so you can enjoy your time that you paid for. That’s time meant for you. If you are sitting by my suite waiting outside my studio for me or my massage therapist William please do not have phone conversations in the hallways while waiting and especially on speaker. It definitely disturbs other gets getting massages & services in other suites.You can step out front in the lobby to use your phone if needed. We have seats there to sit if you choose so you can have a quieter conversation in private or if you’re watching videos or playing games on your phone it can be disruptive to other guests while it’s on speaker while waiting for your service. We don’t realize it at times so I’d just like to send a reminder for everyone about phone use in the spa suite areas. Your time here is meant to be relaxing and soothing with no disturbances for you & all guests. Complexion Esthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. 100% fee charged for no shows & no refunds allowed. I will understand bad situations & emergencies. I can reschedule you but not if there were no calls or texts. Not showing up at all takes away wages from your provider who did show up for your service and was prepared. We appreciate texts & phone calls if you need to cancel few days before your appointment we can reschedule you but please text or call. Do not leave messages cancelling in my email . Deposits on services are not refundable. We do send out confirmations for your appointments by text and emails the week of your appointment. So please make sure you check your reminders. If I don’t get back to you right away that means I’m busy with a client in my room but i will get back to asap or by the end of the day or the following day. We have 10 minutes to get ready for our next client scheduled. Please do not make any phone calls or check your messages in the suite after your done. We need to turn over the room for next guest. The gift card amount gets deducted each time you use them for any services and if you have a balance you can use it towards next service. Lot of clients ask can Gratuities be taken out?
