Hi, I’m Audra, I’m a passionate independent licensed /Esthetician & owner of complexions esthetics LLC in the Ocean County NJ area.
I am Located @ Sola Salons in the Forked River location.

We are in the Applebee’s and next to Retro Fitness shopping center. We do have a call box outside on the right of the doors .

I been in the beauty industry over 25 yrs plus. Skin care is my passion & i love being here at Sola Salons & being my own boss & suite owner. Im Blessed to have this opportunity.
William
Will is an excellent massage therapist for over 10 years & a personal friend. We have worked together many years in this industry together & he is excellent at what he does & I’m happy i can have him here to work with me. Try him out! Hes excellent!
He offers many massage options on our menu & if you have any concerns or questions he will go over all that with you.

This service everyone has been enjoying and it is very relaxing if you feel stress in your life. A great service to unwind your mind body & spirit.
If you want flawless fabulous skin try our amazing Hydro ~Facial. They are great for all skin types with no down time and no skin irritations.
We have 3 protocols to choose from.
Excellent for special occasions like brides, grooms & bridal parties.

Microdermabrasions, chemical peels, derma-plane & more.

Im also Oncology certified for gentle facials for my cancer warriors.
You are able to get facials as long as your Dr. says it’s ok. (Except during radiation sessions & seed implantation) you must wait before i see you.
I do use safe oncology gentle skin care & body treatments for all my oncology services.

William the massage therapist also has
late night appointments for anyone who needs services after work. Audra does stay here ladies at night so no one feels uncomfortable in the quiet building.
We give our 100 % to each and every client with any services we both provide. If you have any questions with anything or even after any services please always feel free to text or call me. I want no one to feel unhappy or uncomfortable in any way or with any services.
Any ladies that get Botox or fillers you can do services we just ask that you wait about a 7 days for that to settle. Especially if you’re requesting a hydro facial.
Any surgeries you must get clearance from your Dr. before you begin any facials or any massages. This is for your safety & well being.
We don’t want you to hurt or be in any kind of pain while you’re here.
Any open wounds on face or body we cannot do services until you heal including any kinds of Rashes etc.
Even open acne pustule wounds bleed & are painful.
Pre natal massages you must be passed 13 weeks of pregnancy to get a massage with William.
Please arrive 10 -15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself to get undressed and fill out any forms if needed or use the bathroom.
You may also have questions before your services.
We want to make sure you get your full service you paid for so we ask please be on time.
I know the traffic here has been crazy at times just leave bit earlier also so you can be on time.
I do send out text with my location in case you don’t know where sola salon is.
Studio policy:
You will be charged 100% fee for a no show / or no call appointment. Please reach out if you have any issues or problems with your appointment.
We give plenty of time before your appointment to reschedule or change appointment times. There is a 50% charge the day of your appointment if you cancel.
I try my best to accommodate everyone but sometimes people just don’t show or call & I have to enforce these rules at times because it interferes with bookings and times other clients may wanted to book that spot you didn’t show up for . Just please keep communication open so there are no misunderstanding. People may get upset they were charged when not showing or or no calls. Just communicate with us & I will do my best to accommodate your appointment.
If you are running late the day of your appointment by 15 minutes or longer we may need to reschedule your appointment because it can interfere with the next client time that they have booked. You will not get your full hour booked If you choose to keep your appointment. If we need to rebook there is a $50 fee due to lateness. Sometimes you may get lucky and we can accommodate and still take you but depending on the next client coming.
So please don’t be mad if we cannot accommodate you or have to cut your service by how long you were late. We work on the hour. We finish on the hour.
We do understand if you have an emergency the day of your appointment or you may have had a death in the family or something else and you may need to cancel. Understandable. Client Communication is key.
If you cancel within 24 hour notice we can reschedule you with NO FEE charged. Thank you for calling we appreciate it! We do confirm appointments the week of by text and emails. Just please check them.

Once you’re in the studio I want your mind and body to relax so you can unwind and drift away during your service so please SILENCE your phone so you can enjoy your time scheduled. Ringing phones also interrupt other service providers in our location.

Cancellation Policy
Complexion Esthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment on the same day of your service. Try to cancel within the 36 hour time frame so there is no charge & no misunderstandings. We do confirm all appointments ahead of time. I will reschedule your appointment for you as a courtesy within a time period for emergencies & I will wave the fee. I know and understand things may come up and I will help out as best as I can. But please call or text me to let me know.

There is 100 % charge fee on a service for all NO shows or NO call appointments the day of your service. Even if you call 1 hour or that day or evening saying you missed your appointment. I still have to charge the 100 % for any missed appointments.
Please make sure if you need your cancel it’s 36 hours in advance . Please reach out if there is a death in the family or a serious emergency the day of your appointment. I understand things can happen. As a courtesy i will rebook you within a reasonable time frame. Sometimes I know people may be embarrassed or feel bad to call me and say they didn’t show for whatever reason. We’re all human . I don’t want you to feel you can never come back. Just communicate with me & I’ll do my best to work with you. I don’t want any clients feeling uncomfortable or there being a miscommunication between us. I also don’t like keeping your cancellation money. So please call & we will figure something out.

If you don’t acknowledge the texts and confirmations we send out about your appointment and don’t reschedule in the proper amount of time you can loose your deposit & your service and a fee will be charged .
